CRC English Tea 2017

Community Resource Center presented its 22nd Annual English Tea, “Secret Garden,” at the Encinitas Community Center. This year’s keynote address was delivered by Chief Deputy District Attorney Summer Stephan. Peggy Pico, former KPBS Evening Edition host, served as emcee. Established in 1979, Community Resource Center (CRC) is a nonprofit organization that works to end hunger, homelessness and domestic violence in North County San Diego.
