In its 29th year, Helen Woodward Animal Center’s elegant Spring Fling Gala at Fairbanks Village Plaza will transport guests to “A Night in Old Havana.” The gala committee is hosting a black-tie evening that opens with a stroll through the streets of Havana while enjoying cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and a silent auction of exquisite one-of-a-kind items. As the sun sets, attendees will enjoy a dinner of taste-portioned classic and innovative dishes from fine-dining favorites including Café Secret, Flower Child, Poseidon on the Beach, Sbicca Del Mar, The Fish Market, and many more. Following dinner, guests will delight in sweet treats, as well as local beer, wine, and spirits while enjoying live entertainment and a rousing live auction.
