Kitchen 1540 at L’Auberge Del Mar will launch The Patio at Night Pop-Up on its patio on the evening of Wednesday, August 9, and will continue featuring ever-changing, directly-from-the-farm menus created by Executive Chef Nathan Lingle every Wednesday through Saturday from 5:30-9:30pm through October. Depending on the day, the menu will feature shareables such as Burrata Cheese with grilled peaches, smoked almonds and arugula salad; and Speckled Romaine with strawberries, smoked blue cheese and malt vinaigrette. Family plates might include Chicken Alla Diavola, Corvina Bass with polenta and squash blossom, Cioppino with a tomato fennel broth, Lamb Porterhouse with broccoli rabe and chickpea ragu, or Skuna Bay Salmon with corn and tomato succotash. #lauberge #kitchen1540 #delmar #foodie
