Center for Community Solutions The mission of Center for Community Solutions is to end relationship and sexual violence by being a catalyst for caring communities and social justice. Since 1969, CCS has been a regional leader in this life-saving work, providing the community with safety, stability, justice, healing, and prevention. CCS manages four domestic violence shelter programs, operates one of the largest Rape Crisis Centers in the state, provides a full array of wraparound services across San Diego County, and offers prevention services countywide and in underserved communities.
