Aer the Finish Line
The greatest victory for a
thoroughbred is not winning
a race, but winning the
race to live long past their
days on the racetrack.
Aer the Finish Line awards
monthly grants to rescue,
rehabilitate, retrain, rehome
and/or retire Off Track
Thoroughbreds. Grants
help horses heal injuries,
be retrained as riding or
therapy horses, or retire
due to injuries. Since 2007,
ATFL has awarded 750
grants helping over 4,700
thoroughbreds.
