Starlight Serenade
Tri-City Hospital Foundation hosted a black-tie affair and
concert under the stars featuring multi-platinum singer-
songwriter Seal. Presented by Orthopedic Specialists of North
County and Tri-City Healthcare District, the evening took
place at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa and delighted guests
