offerings to include Casa Valencia, a
two-story, 5,860-square-foot home
designed as a destination for wedding
parties, small corporate events, multi-generational family
vacations, and a hideaway for celebrities (of course
we asked who, but RV won't tell).
Once the home of Chris Collins, whose late father, Harry,
developed Rancho Valencia as a premier tennis resort in
the late 1980s, the house has been "lovingly renovated,"
says Kate Woods, the resort's director of marketing and
