Mitchell Thorp Foundation Book Launch When North County residents Beth and Brad orp lost their son, Mitchell, to an undiagnosed disease at the age of 18 after a five-year journey, they embarked upon a movement to save the lives of children like him. e Mitchell orp Foundation supports families of children suffering from life-threatening illness with resources and financial and emotional support. In early June, Beth is releasing a book titled ANEW Creation, a true story about her family, their love for each other, and how the power of one life can cause a ripple effect to touch the lives of so many. A book signing reception at 2051 Cucina Italiana featured words of inspiration, music, and handcrafted dishes. "e sanctuary is in need of funding projects to expand its equine therapy, holistic rescue horse rehabilitation, and domestic and wildlife animal programs to provide emotional support to veterans and autistic children," said Sandra den Ujil, Tea3 Foundation president and founder.
