500,000 acres of
underwater parks that
are home to leopard
sharks and bottlenose
dolphins off of San
Diego and California
• Conserving and
restoring over 68,000
acres of salt marsh &
mangrove ecosystems
• Safeguarding over
16 miles of sea turtle
nesting beaches in
Oaxaca, Mexico
• Protecting gray
whale lagoons in
Baja California
Wounded Warrior Homes
Approximately 20 percent
of veterans returning from
Operations Iraqi Freedom
(OIF) and Enduring
Freedom (OEF) have Post
Traumatic Stress (PTS), while
another 22 percent of
combat-wounded veterans
have Traumatic Brain Injury
(TBI). Wounded Warrior
Homes provides transitional
housing and access to
services to post-9/11
veterans dealing with TBI
and PTS. Please give back
