The Food Bank hosts more than 200 direct distributions and works with 544 nonprofit partners to get nutritious food into the hands of families, seniors, and children in need countywide. Last year, the Food Bank distributed 45 million pounds of food and is currently feeding 400,000 people per month, on average. This holiday season, the Food Bank invites the community to support its critical hunger-relief programs by donating at Albertsons and Vons supermarkets to help provide holiday meals and groceries to families in need.
