Gala guests enjoyed expertly crafted cocktails and exquisite hors d'oeuvres while watercolor artists brought portraits to life. e evening included an alfresco seaside dinner crafted by Chef Tim Kolanko of Urban Kitchen Group, and guests were treated to heartfelt remarks by Kathryn Kanjo, David C. Copley Director and CEO of MCASD, MCASD Board President Steve Strauss, and the Birchbys. Surf rock singer Donavon Frankenreiter took the stage for two performances, and the evening exceeded its goal, ensuring MCASD's continued ability to present world-class exhibitions and offer community-centric programming.
