Programs include Camp Connect, Guardian Scholars, Foster Funds, Mentoring, and Foster Futures. Tonya Torosian has been the CEO of Promises2Kids for over 13 years. Tonya's work in child welfare and nonprofit management spans 33 years and three states. She has been a tireless advocate for foster children her entire career. As CEO, Tonya ensures that foster children have the tools and guidance they need. Her fearless leadership continues to inspire community members to join Promises2Kids' efforts in providing hope, support, and opportunities to more than 2,000 foster children in San Diego.
