Dianne York, Juli Moran, and Jan Hansen Go Red for Women Luncheon e American Heart Association San Diego presented its Go Red for Women Luncheon under the direction of event chair Louise Brandy, whose work with the organization began more than 20 years ago when her now-late husband, Mycle, survived four strokes, and Brandy was his caretaker. According to the American Heart Association, those caring for a loved one with heart disease or someone recovering from a cardiac event may feel too busy to care for themselves. Making sure caretakers are also focusing on their personal health is paramount. "As women, we often put others first. rough Go Red for Women, the American Heart Association encourages us to prioritize our own heart health," said Brandy.
