Award-winning broadcast journalist and community leader Sandra Maas is the event's honorary chair, with longtime community volunteer Sophia Alsadek and Anna Laurel, award-winning news anchor and reporter at KFMB-TV/News 8, serving as co-chairs. Emcee is 13-time Emmy Award-winning anchor for ABC 10News Kimberly Hunt. e event, from 10am to 4pm, begins with a champagne reception on e Inn's lawn, a photo lounge, and an opportunity drawing featuring designer handbags, staycations, and spa treatments. Guests can shop at South Coast Plaza mini-boutiques including Bally, Balmain, Camilla, Max Mara, Oscar de la Renta, and Vitra Eyewear, with ten percent of sales benefiting e Country Friends.
