The local nonprofit has trained and certified 1,462 veterans and transitioning service members for advanced manufacturing careers with companies like SpaceX and Boeing. Rachel is a driving force behind a $103 million fundraising campaign to expand capacity with the new CNC Machining Training Center, scaling training from hundreds to thousands annually. Rachel has helped build Workshops for Warriors from an idea into a nationally recognized nonprofit. She works tirelessly to ensure students have the support needed to succeed. Her leadership is grounded in compassion and dedication, ensuring graduates leave with industry-recognized credentials, confidence, and direction.
