Make-A-Wish San Diego
Make-A-Wish San Diego grants life-changing wishes to children with critical
illnesses. A wish is more than a moment of joy — it brings strength, hope,
and a powerful sense of possibility during a child's medical journey. Right
now, 300 children in San Diego and Imperial Counties are in the process
of receiving a wish. Since 1983, our chapter has granted more than 5,500
wishes for local children, creating meaningful experiences that provide
emotional relief, comfort, and a sense of normalcy for families facing
unimaginable challenges. We are part of a national network committed to
