Lena Trotsko Raised in Moscow, Russia, Lena Trotsko began her fashion career at 15, studying tailoring and design before earning degrees from the Moscow State University of Design and Technology and a master's in fashion and art. Her early talent garnered multiple awards and international internships in San Francisco and New York. Since 2011, her collections have appeared at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Moscow and on runways in California and Singapore, establishing her as a globally recognized designer. Now based in San Diego, Trotsko is also a respected pageant judge and recipient of the Cultural Ambassador Award from Senator Jim Nielsen. Deeply engaged in philanthropy, she created the Fashions4Futures runway fundraiser, supporting arts education for local students, and co-chaired high-profile events including Patrons of the Prado Masterpiece. She recently opened her atelier in La Jolla, offering bespoke designs, couture craftsmanship, and expert alterations.
