Inspired by its promise, the Whitworths founded Immunotherapy Foundation (IF), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization to accelerate better therapies for cancer patients and embarked on a $6M campaign to bring personalized immunotherapies to San Diego. Since inception, IF has co-fundraised nearly $5.1 million for collaborative research between UCSD and LJI, returning over $22 million in additional grants to these institutions. Its milestones include seeding the IF Advanced Cell Therapy Laboratory at UCSD and advancing two personalized immunotherapies into phase 1 clinical trials. IF's work to accelerate research into new therapies holds promise for cancer patients everywhere. 3655 Nobel Drive, Ste. 290 San Diego, CA 92122 858.704.3330 joinif.org G I V I N G G U I D E To learn more about Immunotherapy Foundation and its mission: • Tune into Coffee and Conversations, IF's webinar series with big ideas in January, May, August, and November 2021 • Save the date for IF's Rock & Roll Avalanche, a signature concert gala slated for October 2021 • Find more info on these events and more at joinif.org Ralph and Fernanda Whitworth
