St. Paul's Senior Services is a mission-based nonprofit that has served
San Diego seniors throughout the county for more than 60 years. St.
Paul's was the first organization to bring St. Paul's PACE (Program of All-
inclusive Care for the Elderly) to San Diego in 2008. The PACE program
is an all-inclusive health care plan that provides low-income seniors
with wraparound medical services, transportation, mental health care,
home care, nutrition, physical therapy, and more. Together, these
services allow seniors to thrive while living safely in their own homes.
St. Paul's PACE has locations in San Diego, Chula Vista, El Cajon and
Encinitas; they continue to innovate and expand in order to ensure all
San Diego seniors have access to the care they need.
