Kerri Fox Kerri Fox brings 30 years of experience in advertising, marketing, and operations leadership, including nearly 15 years in the nonprofit sector. Her passion for community impact grew during more than a decade as a stay-at-home mother, during which she immersed herself in her children's schools — working in classrooms, running school events, and raising funds to support music, art, science, and other programs that lacked public funding. Fox later led marketing and operations at The New Children's Museum for 11 years, more than doubling attendance and membership. Since joining Resounding Joy in 2023 as its first executive director following two decades of founder leadership, she has expanded music therapy staff, strengthened clinical and operational infrastructure, developed community partnerships, and launched a clinical internship program to help grow the music therapy workforce. She also serves on the San Diego Museum Council board.
