Michelle Srih Michelle Srih is a clinical counselor turned entrepreneur and founder of Ritual Wellness Center, a new Ayurvedic-inspired wellness destination opening in Rancho Santa Fe. Ritual is the result of a decade-long journey to find a place that honors the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. It offers bodywork, counseling, and somatic practices rooted in Ayurveda, including yoga, breath-work, and meditation. Born in London and raised in Vancouver, Michelle found her way into tech companies like EA and Pixar before pivoting into mental health. She earned a bachelor's in psychology and a master's in clinical counseling, then spent the next decade running a private practice, honoring her clinical training and Indian heritage. This work brought Michelle to Ritual, where she hopes women can come together, reconnect, and take a collective exhale.
