John and Phyllis Parrish, Richard Bailey, and Barbie and Dan Spinazzola The Arc of San Diego's "Joie de Vivre" Gala e Arc of San Diego presented its annual "Joie de Vivre" Gala, an elegant black- tie evening celebrating the joy of living while supporting children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Chaired by Phyllis and John Parrish, Barbie and Dan Spinazzola, and Richard Bailey, the evening featured a cocktail reception, dinner, dancing, live music by Wayne Foster Entertainment, and a lively auction led by Clint Bell. Proceeds supported e Arc of San Diego's vital programs, including day training, employment services, and residential living support, benefiting more than 2,000 individuals with disabilities across San Diego County each year.
