Larry and Carol Kriesmer, Laine and Greg Lansing, Janet Wilson, and Nigel Hook Don Hamilton, Andrea Garcia, Vickie Garcia, Tim Jeffries, and Corinne and David Hollings Debbie Dorsee, Gayle and Pete Wilson, and Karolyn Dorsee Ronne Froman-Blue and Linden Blue Bob and Maggie Watkins, Steve Williams, and Joaquin Luken Gayann Greene, Sharon Carter, Ginny Merrifield, and Katie Williams Seen Champions of Scouting Celebration e San Diego-Imperial Council of Scouting America paid tribute to Ronne Froman-Blue and Linden Blue at its annual Champions of Scouting Celebration. e event honored San Diego leaders who support and embody the values of Scouting and recognize the positive impacts resulting from its youth leadership and community service programs. As Commander of the United States Navy Region Southwest, Froman-Blue was San Diego's first female "Navy Mayor." After a distinguished 31-year career in the Navy, she retired with the rank of Rear Admiral. She then served as the Chief of Business Operations for the San Diego Unified School District, Chief Executive Officer for the local chapter of the American Red Cross, and as the City of San Diego's first Chief Operating Officer. Blue is the Vice Chairman of General Atomics. In 2009, he was inducted into San Diego's Entrepreneur Hall of Fame, and in 2010 the Industrial Research Institute presented him with the IRI Achievement Award and he was inducted into the International Air & Space Hall of Fame at the San Diego Air & Space Museum.
