"Irv and I are honored and excited to be hosting this event to help our abused and neglected children of San Diego," says Laura. Since its beginning in 1984, St. Germaine Children's Charity has provided financial and in-kind support to San Diego County's abused and neglected children through grants to local partner agencies. roughout the year, the organization's social events connect members while educating them about the dynamic organizations they work with. Funds raised will help to prevent child abuse for homeless children, trafficked children, children in foster homes, victims of domestic violence, children without legal protection, and those with mental and physical disabilities. e Silver Tea's festivities will include a silent auction, opportunity drawing, and sounds of the season sung by carolers. Guests can choose from two arrival times: 1pm and 2:30pm. Tickets are $125 in advance and $150 at the door.
