Starry Starry Night Starry Starry Night, the signature event of Voices for Children, took place at e Rady Shell at Jacobs Park to support the organization's Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program. More than 500 guests were treated to an exquisite dining experience curated by renowned chef Richard Blais. Entertainment was provided by musicians of the Mainly Mozart Youth Orchestra and San Diego Children's Choir. e inspiring program reflected on VFC's impact over the last year and recognized the 2022 CASA of the Year, Carlsbad resident Tim Riley, who has advocated for six children in foster care during his ten years as a CASA volunteer. Funds raised at Starry Starry Night will allow VFC to continue to provide CASA volunteers to abused, neglected, and abandoned children in foster care, helping ensure their voices are heard and needs are met.
