Local vendors, artisans, makers, and community organizations will add to the festivities, while classic fare including pretzels and sausages sets the Oktoberfest mood. Admission is $20, with children 12 and under admitted free. Komen's San Diego More Than Pink Walk returns to Balboa Park, bringing together breast cancer survivors, those living with metastatic breast cancer, families, and supporters for a day of purpose and action. This year, Komen aims to raise $500,000 to help fund lifesaving research, patient support services, education, advocacy, and efforts to expand access to high-quality care. Funds raised also help address financial and logistical barriers facing patients throughout treatment.
