In addition to dishes and sips from standouts including Ember & Rye at Park Hyatt Aviara, Adelaide at L'Auberge Del Mar, Vaga at Alila Marea, Wiens Family Cellars, Daou Vineyards, and many more, the event will also give attendees a sneak peek experience inside The Inn's new restaurant Lilian's (replacing Morada) and Bing Bar, Clique Hospitality's latest debuts, before the hotel officially opens to the public. Taste of Rancho Santa Fe also features a robust silent auction and opportunity drawing packages. Proceeds support the fundraising efforts of The Rotary Club of Rancho Santa Fe, formed in 1959, whose mission is to serve various San Diego causes including ending hunger and human trafficking, and helping the less fortunate, our brave soldiers present and past, and many others needing a helping hand. Co-chairs are Jerah Payne of The Heritage Escrow Company and Ranch & Coast Magazine Publisher Bob Stefanko. tasteofrsf.org "e Magical Treehouse" Gala OCTOBER 14 | THE NEW CHILDREN'S MUSEUM This year, The New Children's Museum's fundraising gala is themed "The Magical Treehouse," inspired by the classic children's book series and the imaginative power of art and literacy. The museum is known for its playful fundraising events that transform the iconic Rob Quigley-designed building into a vibrant, club-like atmosphere, while showcasing the museum's immersive art installations and playscapes. This year, gala guests will have the opportunity to explore the multi-level gallery spaces while immersing themselves in a magical storybook journey, including visits with a Lucky Dragon, a Giving Tree, and A Sidewalk That Never Ends. Gala proceeds will directly benefit high-impact programs like free field trips for Title I schools, county-wide community partnerships, free summer access for military families, and new social emotional learning and art curricula for elementary schools, allowing the museum's impact to reach beyond its physical walls. The evening will feature music, food, entertainment, art installations, a live auction, and more. Costumes, while optional, are a longtime hallmark of The New Children's Museum galas. thinkplaycreate.org/magical-treehouse Wine & Wishes Gala "Spark" OCTOBER 14 | FAIRMONT GRAND DEL MAR Join Make-A-Wish San Diego for an evening of inspiration as the organization celebrates the chapter's 40th anniversary during its Wine & Wishes Gala, "Spark," presented by PSSI.
