Soledad National Veterans Memorial will host its 2024 Women's History Brunch, titled "Honoring Women in Military Service, Past and Present," on the east side lawn at the memorial in La Jolla from 10am-12pm. The brunch program will pay tribute to the many contributions made by women who served and are serving in the military, highlighting their sacrifices and groundbreaking achievements as well as their positive impact within the community. Chef Sandoval will curate an unforgettable evening of culinary delight by bringing together 24 of the most distinguished award-winning and celebrity chefs from the United States and Mexico. Each table will showcase a celebrity chef preparing a four-course dinner tableside, complemented by expertly curated wine pairings. Participating chefs include Sam "The Cooking Guy" Zien (Graze), Aron Schwartz (Ranch 45), Carlos Anthony (Herb & Wood), Drew Deckman (Deckman's en el Mogor, Valle de Guadalupe), Miguel Angel Guerrero (La Querencia BajaMed, Tijuana), and Angelo Sosa (Tía Carmen, Phoenix), to name a few. The evening kicks off at 5:30pm with cocktails followed by live exhibitions, dinner, a live auction, and live music and dancing. Suggested attire is "French couture with a bold flair."
