Wavecrest Woodie Meet e 44th annual Wavecrest Woodie Meet kicked off with the last of the Encinitas Classic Car Nights for the 2023, which took place in Coastal Encinitas along the Coast Hwy 101 between D and K Streets. e following night's Meet and Greet took place at the host hotel, the Encinitan Hotel and Suites, formerly the Best Western. e main attraction, of course, was hundreds of Woodies on display in the parking lot above Moonlight Beach. Festivities included a DJ, food trucks, and a raffle. PHOTOGRAPHY BY JENNIFER NELSON Rancho Santa Fe Historical Society Centennial Celebration e Rancho Santa Fe Historical Society celebrated the 100th birthday of La Flecha House, home to the organization's archives and offices, as well as a museum. e "Centennial Celebration Under the Stars" featured live music from Dave Scott and Bobby Lanza, legacy opportunities, and more. e Rancho Santa Fe Historical Society is dedicated to preserving and sharing the rich history of Rancho Santa Fe through exhibitions, community events, and educational programs for all ages.
