Dine with former Major League Baseball players including Aztecs Special Assistant Stephen Strasburg, Bud Black, Tony Gwynn Jr., Chris Gwynn, Xavier Nady, Charlie Nagy, Phil Nevin, Mark Loretta, Ryan Klesko, Quintin Berry, Nick Allen, Mark Sweeney, and Justin Masterson. Tickets range from $250 for an individual seat to the $10,000 "Hall of Fame" table which includes premium on-field placement and priority seating as well as a meet-and-greet with former players and special guests. The $1,000 "Aztec Table" is a reserved table designed for families, alumni, and supporters who want to attend together. Proceeds from the event will directly support programs and services for youth at the Borrego Springs Branch, which serves more than 400 children and teens each year, providing a safe, positive environment where youth can learn, grow, and build the skills they need for a successful future. In 2026, all elite runners will be racing for a cash purse of $3,000. The course starts under the world famous "Encinitas" sign on the historic Coast Hwy 101, passes by the famous "Cardiff Kook" statue, rises above some of the most popular surf breaks, and heads down to Cardiff State Beach. The Costume Contest awards the top three in each of the following categories: "Best Group Theme," "Best 'Kook' Theme," and "Most Original." A portion of all proceeds will be donated to the Ecke YMCA of Encinitas, and The Right Hand Angels will be the beneficiary of the event's Beer Garden sales.
