Bluewater Boathouse Seafood Grill, on Glorietta Bay and very near Shore House, is housed in a building that dates from 1887. It once served as the hotel's boathouse, and Scripps Institution of Oceanography conducted research from the building's second floor from 1903 to 1905. Holidays at home or in a hotel?
