Read and Write Amazon recently announced its newest version of its Kindle, the Kindle Scribe, which had one major upgrade from previous versions: users can write on it. The Scribe will allow users to mark-up documents such as PDFs and other files via a stylus/pen, which also employs a digital eraser on one end. Make notes in textbooks, add comments to various reading materials, edit Word documents, jot down memos, and much more. The Scribe even mimics the sound of pencil on paper when users write. Storage memory ranges from 16 to 64 gigs, with each Scribe featuring a 10.2-inch paperwhite display with built-in light, 300 pixels per inch, and optimized font technology. The Scribe will be available on November 30. From $339. amazon.com Top Shelf Security Store your most prized whiskeys in this bulletproof safe from Whisky Vault. The Curve-E is also perfect for groceries, deliveries, hauling boxes — anything that fits inside — and it even offers a Maxi-Cosi carrier for infants and special baskets for dogs.
