Charity Ball Past Chairmen's Tea e 115th Annual Charity Ball Past Chairmen's Tea took place at the Timken Museum of Art, where past chairmen gathered to celebrate another year of the Charity Ball's rich history of philanthropy. Chaired by Bridgett Brown, the 115th Anniversary Charity Ball is set to take place on February 17 at the Hotel del Coronado to support Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego's Palliative Care Program for children facing serious and life-limiting illnesses throughout the journey of complex, long-term care. PHOTOGRAPHY BY BOB STEFANKO Julia Salman, Michele Prescott, and Dee Ammon Roxi Link and Vicki Eddy Seen Women of Dedication Presentation Luncheon e Salvation Army Women's Auxiliary announced the 2024 Women of Dedication at a Presentation Luncheon that took place at Fairbanks Ranch Country Club. e honorees include Elaine Becerra, Christine Cremidan, Lisette Farrell, Jennie Hamilton, Connie Matsui, Barbara Rand Metzler, Merrilee Neal, Coreen Petti, Fran Shimp, Julia Ramirez-Stone, Lee Wills-Irvine, and Caroline Wohl, each with decades of public service volunteering with many different nonprofits. e Salvation Army Women's Auxiliary, led by President Dee Ammon, will celebrate the honorees at its 58th Annual Women of Dedication luncheon on April 26 at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina. e theme is "Dedicated Hearts, Devoted to Service" and event co-chairs are Rosalie Gerevas and Carol Sciotto.
