Tonya Torosian For over 14 years, Tonya Torosian has served as the CEO of Promises2Kids, an organization dedicated to creating a brighter future for foster children in San Diego County for more than 45 years. Tonya's work in child welfare and nonprofit management spans 34 years and three states. She has been a tireless advocate for foster children her entire career. Through her leadership and deep understanding of the challenges they face, she has designed and implemented programs that address critical needs and provide foster children with the tools and guidance they deserve. Promises2Kids programs include Camp Connect, Guardian Scholars, Foster Funds, Mentoring, and Foster Futures.
